Camp Meadowood is partnering with CampDoc.com for our registration process. CampDoc offers a secure electronic registration and health record system. This electronic health record includes important health information as well as release information, activity permissions, and medical authorizations.
CampDoc allows families to:
The system allows camp staff instant access to required emergency forms and information regarding allergies, medications, authorized pick-up persons, etc. The security and confidentiality of your child's personal information will always be protected. Only Camp Meadowood staff will have access to camper information. The CampDoc website is secure, encrypted, and password protected.
We are excited to continually evolve and improve the Camp Meadowood program! We appreciate your participation and patience as we learn the new tools in this system together! Here are some CampDoc FAQs to help you with the process. CampDoc also has an excellent Help Center if you have difficulty navigating the system. You can also reach out to Camp Meadowood's camp director, Tim Sicocan, at camp@meadowoodsprings.org.
